FutureFocused Leaders empowers youth to find their voice, build confidence, and become the leaders they were meant to be. Through prevention-focused services, mentoring, leadership development, and professional training, we strengthen both young people and the adults, agencies, and communities that support them.

About Jessica Waterford Morris
Jessica Waterford Morris holds a Master's of Social Work from California State University Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from San Jose State University.
Jessica began her career working with local nonprofits, including KidsFirst, and has 18 years of experience working with at-risk youth in various capacities, including foster placement and emergency shelters. She also sits on multiple youth-serving boards and nonprofit organizations.
Jessica has trained hundreds of professionals locally and statewide for the purposes of education, prevention, and intervention of child abuse. She is committed to advocating for child victims of abuse and is passionate about giving youth the opportunity to tell their story and have their voices heard.
